Shea Homes, Read With Your Child Campaign
As part of Shea Homes’ literacy awareness program, “Read
with Your Child 15 Minutes a Day,” Lawscomm created
a series of television commercials designed to educate parents
about the importance of reading aloud with their children.

This ad features original music written and performed by a
Lawscomm staff member. The video production was overseen by
Lawscomm. This commecial promotes the 2005 Parade of Homes
at Pradera with an emphasis on the exterior features of the
homes.

Berkeley Homes, The Village at Centennial
Lawscomm developed the branding plan for Berkeley Homes’
newest community, The Village at Centennial. As part of an
innovative identity package, we generated the name, logo,
signage, stationary, Web site, sales office collateral, and
advertising campaign.
Signature Offset
Lawscomm implemented a corporate identity system (consisting
of a new logo and name) for Signature Offset, formerly known
as Intermountain Color. The new corporate identity was integrated
into the organization’s culture through its marketing
collateral, fleet of trucks, and internal and external communication
pieces including its Web site, business cards and letterhead.
Berkeley Homes, The Hearth in Highlands
Ranch
Berkeley Homes came to Lawscomm wanting a brochure that represents
the home products at The Hearth and the company. What we gave
them was a striking finished product, sure to be seen and
remembered, with concepts, copy writing, art direction and
production all done in-house.
Developer Luncheon: John Laing Homes
Lawscomm planned a luncheon at John Laing’s home entry
in the 2004 Parade of Homes to help market the company to
key developers. Lawscomm orchestrated the event details to
“ohhh” and “ahhh” with limousine transportation
for the guests, a personal message from the CEO on DVD, a
home tour, an upscale catered lunch, subtle signage with key
messages and home video monitors to display other John Laing
home products.
Industry
Night Party: 2005 Parade of
Homes
Lawscomm planned seven events during the 2005 Parade of Homes
at Pradera, including Industry Night, an annual home building
industry event for 2,000 attendees. The New Orleans-themed
party featured an upscale Cajun menu, theme and ambiance.
